Dividend Option Changes or Withdrawals (244)

To withdraw dividends in cash, complete the appropriate dividend section on Form 244, or the Policyowner may call the Home Office and request dividends in cash when:

• Dividends requested are less than $10,000
• The address on record has been in place for more than 30 days
• No assignments or creditor beneficiaries exist on the policy

To change the dividend option or reallocate present and accumulated dividends, the Policyowner must submit either the completed section of Form 244 pertaining to the dividend options, or submit a properly signed and dated statement with specific instructions.

If the option is to be changed to Paid-Up Additions, evidence of insurability is required. Contact the Customer Services Department to determine additional requirements.
